At DAVIDsTEA, we want you to love every sip; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened tea and unused accessories within 30 days. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tea packages or tea tins.

Return Process

  Ensure your tea is in its original, sealed packaging and that any accessories are unused and in their original box with a valid receipt.

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our tea enthusiasts via the online customer portal or visit any DAVIDsTEA retail location to start your return or exchange process.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
