To maintain maximum flavor and freshness, store your tea in a cool, dry, and dark place. We recommend using our airtight tin canisters to protect the leaves from light, air, and moisture.
What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to tea lovers worldwide in the near future.
What is your return policy for tea and accessories?
Unopened tea and unused accessories in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tea products.
How do I know the caffeine level of a specific tea?
Each product page features a caffeine indicator ranging from 'caffeine-free' to 'high caffeine.' You can also find this information printed on the back of our tea packaging.
Are your tea sachets compostable?
